Sebastien Roujol, Ph.D.

Research Fellow, Instructor of Medicine

Mentor: Reza Nezafat, Ph.D.

Dr. Roujol was a research fellow from 2011-2015 and an Instructor of Medicine in 2015 in Dr. Nezafat's laboratory. He subsequently joined the Division of Imaging Sciences and Biomedical Engineering at King's College London where he is currently a Lecturer in MR-physics. During his tenure at BIDMC, he led development of novel cardiac MR pulse sequences and image processing algorithms to better diagnose and treat patients with cardiovascular diseases and heart rhythm disorders. He was a recipient of the Morrison Award in Radiology and a finalist for the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (SCMR) Early Career Award.
