Mentor: Reza Nezafat, Ph.D.
Dr. Kucukseymen was a clinical research fellow in Dr. Nezafat's laboratory in Cardiology from 2018-2021. While at BIDMC, he worked on pre-clinical and clinical research in advanced Cardiac MRI for stress imaging, outcome in HF patients, identification of biomarkers of infarcted myocardium tissue, and cardiotoxicity. He subsequently joined the University of Florence, University Hospital as a structural and interventional cardiology fellow in Italy.
