RESEARCH INTERESTS: I am passionate about translating novel cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) strategies into technologies with widespread clinical impact. My research to date has focused on improving the quality and efficiency of MRI through modification of the acquisition and image reconstruction pipelines. I have worked on a variety of strategies for motion detection and correction and real-time field control in MRI including FID navigators, self-navigated radial acquisitions, pilot tone and other tracking systems.

OTHER INTERESTS: I enjoy exploring outdoors with family, reading mystery novels, baking and playing piano.
