The Gene Expression and RNA Series club aka GEARS-club is a Boston based monthly talk series. The meetings will highlight the latest research in the connected fields of transcription, chromatin and RNA.

This series, organized by postdocs and graduate students representing Buratowski, Churchman, Lieberman, Moazed, Sharp, Silver and Winston laboratories at Harvard Medical School and MIT, aims to provide an opportunity for New England students and postdocs to present their latest findings to a diverse audience with overlapping areas of interest.

The format will be 2-3 20 minute talks, followed by informal discussions alongside the serving of food and drinks.
