Our HMS postdoc Megan Sperry shares her experience with Skype a Scientist!

One of my favorite experiences with the organization Skype a Scientist was chatting with a family at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Callie, Christina, and their mom asked many questions about my research, but we also spent a lot of time talking about the path I took to a scientific career and what my day-to-day life is like as a researcher. I especially enjoyed talking with a smaller group since there was time to learn about Callie and Christina’s interests as well and even get some great tips for when I travel to their home state of Texas!
