Statement about what you'd like to achieve for HMPA: I am excited to be chair of advocacy for HMPA this year. I plan to continue the fantastic advocacy efforts that HMPA has been making for the past few years. I feel privileged to advocate for colleagues and ensure they have the necessary resources to thrive in academia and beyond.
