Dr. Loren Rabinowitz is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and founder/director of P2P IBD, a multidisciplinary preconception to postpartum clinic for patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and JOINT IBD, a multidisciplinary rheumatology/IBD Clinic at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Her clinical research focuses on the intersection of IBD and women's health. Her research has been published in Gastroenterology, the American Journal of Gastroenterology, and the New England Journal of Medicine, among others. She serves on BIDMC’s Advancement of Women Committee and the American Gastroenterological Association’s Women's Committee, and is a recipient of Harvard Medical School's Miles Shore Award. She is a graduate of Harvard College, Columbia University College of Physicians of Surgeons, where she also trained in internal medicine, and completed her GI fellowship training at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
