MLSC Frontiers Award 2026

We are incredibly grateful to the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center (MLSC) for funding our research, "Feminizing Hormone Therapy and BRCA2-Related Cancer Risks."

This pivotal study will investigate how sex hormones alter the mechanisms of breast and prostate cancer development in individuals carrying a BRCA2 gene mutation. Our goal is to achieve two outcomes:

• Empower Clinical Decisions: Provide patients and their clinicians with the essential data needed to make safer, more informed choices regarding hormone therapy and cancer prevention.

• Broaden Molecular Insights: Advance our fundamental understanding of all hormone-sensitive cancers.
