What IS a microaggression? Many of us have experienced these through our various identities, but they can be hard to define. They are also similarly hard to address because of their subtle nature, but can nonetheless be toxic. How can we address this in a meaningful way in the workplace where we are trying to maintain relationships and provide safety and trust? And how does this fit into the Brigham “Just Culture” model? Join us in this special collaboration with the AMMP ERG (Association of Multicultural Members of Partners) for a facilitated conversation where we will also be joined by Timothy Ewing, PhD, our BWH VP of Diversity, Inclusion, and Patient Experience.
Lunch will be served
