In conjunction with Boston Pride week, the HMS Center for Bioethics is hosting public forum exploring the health care concerns and needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex people-whether they are care providers or patients.
Panelists will address basic standards of care including respect, privacy, visibility, and communications (use of appropriate terms and pronouns). LGBTQI-specific health care concerns including care access, medications, and treatment.
