Description:
How to Survive a Plague is a 2012 documentary following the efforts of HIV/AIDS activists as they formed and mobilized the group Act Up. The film integrates nearly 700 hours of archival footage recount interviews, demonstrations, meetings, and conferences that surrounded this activism in 1980s and 90s.
