Presenter: Alex Keuroghlian, MD, MPH
Alex S. Keuroghlian is Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School (HMS), the Public and Community Psychiatry Curriculum Director for the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) / McLean psychiatry residency program and clerkship director for the fourth-year elective in sexual and gender minority health at HMS. He is co-faculty advisor for the student organization, LGBTQ and Allies at HMS (LAHMS).
Dr. Keuroghlian also serves as Director of the Division of Education and Training Programs at The Fenway Institute, which includes the National LGBT Health Education Center, a federally funded cooperative agreement to improve health care for LGBTQ people at health centers. He concurrently directs the Evidence-Informed Interventions Coordinating Center for Technical Assistance, which implements culturally tailored interventions nationally for people living with HIV in four focus areas: transgender women, Black men who have sex with men, behavioral health integration, and trauma-informed care.
