Panelists and Topics:
Yee-Ming Chan, MD, PhD,Associate Physician, Division of Endocrinology
Dr. Chan will share information about projects in the DSD/GeMS (Gender Management Services) Program with individuals with disorders/differences of sex development (sometimes called intersex conditions) and with transgender youth.
Allegra Gordon, MPH, ScD, Research Scientist, Division of Adolescent/Young Adult Medicine, SOGIE Working Group
Dr. Gordon will describe the Team SOGIE working group at BCH and discuss some of her recent projects on gender expression and health.
Elizabeth Boskey, PhD, MPH, LICSW,Social Worker and Research Specialist, Transgender Surgery Center
Dr. Boskey will discuss current and planned research projects at BCH's new Center for Gender Surgery.
