Harvard Medical School Professor of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery Steven D. Rauch, MD, was an invited speaker at last month’s TEDx Kenmore Square in Boston, Massachusetts. TED is a nonprofit organization that's devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks on topics ranging from science to business to global issues.
In his talk, Dr. Rauch, who is also the Director of the Vestibular Division at Massachusetts Eye and Ear, spoke about the harsh realities of balance problems and age-related balance decline. He offered attendees a concrete approach that anyone can take to maintain balance through our “golden years.”
This event was organized by a team led by Noah S. Siegel, MD, Clinical Instructor in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, Part-time, at Harvard Medical School and Medical Director of Otolaryngology at Mass. Eye and Ear, Longwood.
