Dr. Aaron Remenschneider is an Investigator in the Eaton-Peabody Laboratories at Mass. Eye and Ear/Harvard Medical School. His current research focus is in the area of 3-D printing and its application to help solve long-standing problems in otologic disease.

He works as the clinical and surgical partner in collaboration with a biofabrication laboratory (Wyss Institute/Harvard University) and the middle ear mechanics group at Mass. Eye and Ear. This multidisciplinary team designs and fabricates otologic prostheses that have direct clinical potential. He is interested in the wound healing potential of novel devices for middle ear reconstruction and investigating prostheses biologic response through otopathologic techniques.

Dr. Remenschneider has also performed research on clinical and surgical outcomes in otology. In addition to a medical doctorate, he holds a Masters of Public Health degree, with a focus on biostatistics, research study design, and patient-centered outcomes.

Dr. Remenschneider was also the lead investigator for the multi-institutional, city-wide otologic outcomes study following the Boston Marathon bombings.
