A board-certified otolaryngologist with more than 30 years of clinical experience in the community, Dr. Gregory Ota manages the Mass. Eye and Ear Emergency Department for otolaryngology and sees patients at their Medford practice. His clinical interests include adult and pediatric general otolaryngology and facial cosmetic procedures.

Since 2011, Dr. Ota has served as the Medical Director for Otolaryngology in the Mass. Eye and Ear Emergency Department. He has been on staff at Mass. Eye and Ear since 1986 and has served as a Clinical Instructor in Otolaryngology at Harvard Medical School since that time. He was previously the President of the Medical Staff at Cambridge Health Alliance, where he was also the Division Chief of Otolaryngology.

He attended medical school at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and completed his residency in otolaryngology at Mass. Eye and Ear/Harvard Medical School.
