Dr. Robin Pappal is a comprehensive ear, nose and throat (ENT) surgeon at Mass Eye and Ear. She graduated magna cum laude from Albany Medical College and subsequently completed her residency training in otolaryngology–head and neck surgery at the University of Kentucky. During her residency training, Dr. Pappal conducted research on airway conditions and statewide healthcare disparities. With a passion for mentorship and a desire to hone her leadership skills, she has also tutored and led workshops for medical students and residents.

Dr. Pappal is currently an active member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. Her primary clinical focus is on the full spectrum of general adult and pediatric ENT care with particular interests in otology, rhinology and access to equitable healthcare.
