Dr. Terry Garfinkle is a board-certified otolaryngologist based at Mass. Eye and Ear, Concord. He also serves as the Chief Medical Officer of the Partners Community Physicians Organization, the community physician’s network of Partners Healthcare.

Dr. Garfinkle's area of clinical practice is otolaryngology, with particular interests in pediatrics and ear disorders. He has served as President of the combined medical staff of the North Shore Medical Center, President and a Founding Director of the Massachusetts Society of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, and a member of the Board of Governors of the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. He was managing partner of North Shore Ear, Nose, and Throat Associates, PC, a seven-physician single specialty practice north of Boston.

He received his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine and completed his residency training in otolaryngology at the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds an MBA from the George Washington University School of Business and Public Management.
