Dr. Jennifer Liu

Dr. Jennifer Liu is a neurologist and fellow in the Movement Disorders Division at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago and medical degree from Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She subsequently completed Internal Medicine internship at Pennsylvania Hospital and Neurology residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital & Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Liu's academic interest is in innovative clinical trials, particularly those aimed at slowing clinical worsening in people with Parkinson disease (PwP) or treating comorbid psychiatric symptoms in this population. During fellowship, she has served as a clinical investigator in several sponsored clinical trials and an investigator-initiated trial of online yoga and meditation to address anxiety in PwP. Dr. Liu is a native of New York City. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, trying new restaurants, and learning new languages.
