Aleta Wiley, MPH, MSc, joined the RHYME Research Center as the Research Program Director in February 2026. Most recently, Aleta served as the Director of Research Program Management for the Connors Center for Women's Health Research at Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) while continuing her role as the Senior Program Manager for the Women's Hormones and Aging Research Program (WHARP) in the BWH Department of Psychiatry, where she began working with Dr. Hadine Joffe in 2015. In addition to her role in RHYME, Aleta serves as the inaugural Research Program Director for the BIDMC Department of Psychiatry, where she works to bolster the research infrastructure and grow the clinical research portfolio.
Aleta received a BA from the University of Chicago, MSc from the University of Maryland-College Park, and, in 2015, an MPH focused on epidemiology from Boston University School of Public Health. She is passionate about advancing women's mental and reproductive health, with a focus on improving quality-of-life outcomes across the lifespan. She is also committed to enhancing clinical research infrastructure, developing systems to streamline workflows, and strengthening communication and collaboration among research teams.
