A study co-led by Dr. Heng, "Circulating Epstein-Barr virus microRNAs associated with Hodgkin lymphoma prognosis" has been selected for Poster presentation at AACR 2025.
Dr Heng was invited to host Reddit Wednesday AMA about her research study titled “Whole Blood Gene Expression Profile Associated with Spontaneous Preterm Birth in Women with Threatened Preterm Labor” in PLOS One.
Dr Heng is a recipient of a 2016 WICR Scholar Award at the American Association for Cancer Research. She will present at an AACR minisymposium about her work, "M olecular analyses of histopathologic morphologic features in breast cancer".
Venkat had a Summer Internship with Dr Heng in 2016. His project led him to become a Siemens Foundation 2016 SemiFinalist and today, Venkat is named as a Regeneron STS 2017 Scholar! Great job and congratulations, Venkat!

Emily Liu was a 2019 BIDMC High Sch Summer Intern, mentored by Dr. Heng. She finished in 6th place in the JSHS Regional Finals and is heading to the Nationals! Great job!
