Postdoctoral Fellow
Jana received her Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science from the University of Osnabrück in Germany. She then completed two Master’s programs, one in Neuroscience (University of Bremen, Germany) and one in Neurocognitive Psychology (University of Oldenburg, Germany). She joined the University Clinic for Neurology in Oldenburg to obtain her PhD in Psychology. In her PhD projects, she investigated whole brain functional connectivity in patients with dystonia, patients with Parkinson’s disease and healthy agers. In the Simonyan lab, Jana focuses on investigating longitudinal changes in brain networks in dystonia.
