Research Student Intern
Maham joined our group as an Intern through the Psychology Fieldwork Program at Simmons College in Boston. Beside learning many basic research operations, including recruitment, screening of participants, wet-lab related tasks, study preparations, etc., Maham's independent research project is on the modulating effects of low-dose acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) on emotional well being in response to a sleep restriction challenge. Maham accepted an offer to work as an RAI in the Sleep Chronobiology lab at the Mass General Brigham hospital, where she will start in Fall 2025.
