Research Student
Valeska Kunisch is a research student at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and enrolled in the Visiting Harvard Undergraduate Program. In her hometown Munich in Germany, she is a medical student at the Ludwig-Maximillians-University and Technical University Munich. Valeska joined the lab to learn about sleep and the physiological consequences of poor sleep. For her research project, she is analyzing sex differences in common symptoms of Long COVID, including sleep disturbances and pain. Together with Richard Soler, she is working on her first author paper on the association of sleep disturbance and pain in Long COVID>
