Postdoctoral Research Fellow

Dr. Chen's research is dedicated to translating basic scientific discoveries into novel cancer therapies. She began this work during her Ph.D. at The Chinese University of Hong Kong under the supervision of Prof. Jun Yu and Prof. Dennis Chi Chun Wong. There, she leveraged cancer organoid models to investigate the epitranscriptome, laying the groundwork for innovative immunotherapy and drug screening approaches. To directly impact patient care, she pursued postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School's Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center with Dr. Aria Olumi and Prof. Wang Zongwei. Her research focused on repurposing FDA-approved drugs for prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), expanding her expertise in drug discovery utilizing human organoid models.
