Productive Discussions at Beth Israel's Annual Research Retreat

Every year, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center conducts a research retreat where all research staff are invited to present their ongoing projects. We were honored to engage in discussions with fellow colleagues regarding our research involving the use of repurposed drugs to promote wound healing in diabetic tissue and another project we have recently just initiated. Both of these projects fall into the "translational" research area. Please click on our "Research" tab to learn more about how our preclinical trials involving the use of repurposed drugs, mRNA treated lipid nanoparticles, and strain-programmable bioadhesive patches promote wound healing in diabetic tissue.
