CERTAIN is leading in the development and delivery of innovative, multimodal training programs for medical learners, enhancing skills and knowledge across various procedural areas:

Training sessions and courses: offered for various medical learners, including CA-1 residents and departments like Nephrology and Hospital Medicine.

Multimodal teaching approach: incorporating online modules, in-person lectures, case discussions, and hands-on practice.

Training in the dedicated Anesthesia Skills Lab: focusing on procedures such as intubations, ultrasound-guided vascular access, and echocardiography.

Dr. Ruma Bose was awarded a grant from the Foundation for Anesthesia Education and Research to create a mixed-reality rescue ultrasound curriculum specifically for senior residents.
Pedagogy

- Online Journal Club Curriculum created by Dr. Daniel Walsh to foster intraoperative teaching, along with interactive branched chain learning modules for various subspecialties.
