e. Catalyze innovative approaches for financing , purchasing, and delivering technology to target countries
f. Strengthen global and national capacity to finance deployment of new technology (e.g. high-fidelity mannequins, task trainers, virtual reality)
g. Develop financing mechanisms to ensure access supplies and equipment
