The overall goal of the global health task force is to establish a well-equipped anesthesia provider who can independently manage the majority of challenges at the grassroots level with the available resources. The objective of the task force is
1. Capacity building : Strengthen overall capabilities of local trainers and create high-impact educational opportunities for local anesthesia providers
2. Improve clinical services:
a. Develop a multimodal curriculum for high-quality clinical training in perioperative services and patient safety.
c. Develop protocol-based management systems
d. Application of evidence-based medicine
