Fabienne Andrade, MBA, MLS

Fabienne is the Laboratory Manager for the Clinical Research Center, where she oversees daily laboratory operations and coordinates specimen processing for a wide range of research studies. In this role, she skillfully balances administrative leadership with active participation in research initiatives to advance high-quality clinical outcomes. Fabienne began her career in Transfusion Medicine, providing blood products to a diverse patient population, including neonates and trauma patients. Before joining the Clinical Research Center, she served as the Stem Cell Laboratory Leader, where she played a pivotal role in revising Standard Operating Procedures, leading staff training, and conducting competency assessments to ensure exceptional care for oncology patients. With more than a decade of experience at Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH), Fabienne brings extensive technical expertise and proven leadership to her work, making her an integral member of both the research and clinical teams.
