Beverly Matthews

Beverly is a member of the Bowdoin community. She has been a patient since 1999 and has joined many wellness groups over the years (My Life My Helth, cooking classes, weight strengthening, and Zumba). She volunteers at a day program in Mattapan. She loves knitting hats, rugs, and mats with the seniors. She is passionate about children and the elderly and enjoys spending time with her grandkids. Being on the Bowdoin CAB helps her understand more about health so she can share that information with her family and friends.
