Maria Mazzu, OMS-III

Maria has been a part of the group since summer of 2022 working on the Intense Palliative Care research project. She is originally from western Massachusetts and currently a medical student at University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, ME and graduating in 2025. Maria is aiming to pursue a neurology residency after graduation and is interested in working with populations in need of neuro-critical and palliative care and continuing to do research. In her (very limited!) spare time, she likes to hang out with her cat Benson, hike, and cook.
