- Coverage planning to ensure continuity across leaves and transitions

- Tracking enrollment, coordinator effort, and financials across multiple studies
- Standardized tools for improving study startup timelines and tracking milestones
- Guidance on integrating studies with clinical operations
Strategic Partnerships & Program Development
- Support for new investigators looking to build their clinical trial portfolio
- Liaison with the Neurology leadership team to align research with clinical goals
Departmental Research Infrastructure Fee
To support the centralized research infrastructure that enables this work, we will incorporate fees within the initial budget for studies conducted within the Neurology Department. Please reach out to arussel2@bidmc.harvard.edu with any questions.
