Dr. Lan Luo

Dr. Lan Luo is on the faculty in the Movement Disorders Division in the department of neurology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and is an Instructor in Neurology at Harvard Medical School. She is Medical Director of our Deep Brain Stimulation Program, who joined us after her fellowship and epidemiology training at Columbia University Medical Center. Prior to that, she completed medical school and adult neurology residency at Baylor College of Medicine.  She was awarded a Parkinson Study Group Mentored Clinical Research Award for her research focused on localizing a brain circuit for Parkinsonian gait dysfunction using structural and functional connectivity.
