Reygenald is interested in how the immune system regulates inflammation and tumor development, —and how disruptions in these pathways can be targeted to better understand disease progression and improve therapeutic outcomes.

He graduated with his B.A. in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. There, he worked on clinical research in the Ngamruengphong Lab, contributing to multi-center studies on gastrointestinal endoscopic outcomes, and in the Albayda Lab, where he supported projects evaluating ultrasound diagnosability for various musculoskeletal diagnoses. He is currently a Master’s student in Medical Sciences at Boston University School of Medicine. 

Reygenald’s career goal is to attend medical school and become a physician specializing in plastic surgery, with a focus on delivering patient-centered care and improving clinical outcomes.

In his free time, Reygenald enjoys playing volleyball, soccer, and exploring new places to eat around Boston.
