Has your doctor told you that your blood pressure is too high?
The Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is looking for participants (25-65 years) for a study which investigates whether changes to your sleep pattern can lower your blood pressure.
What’s involved?
- 6-8 weeks of at home evaluation phase
- 8-week at home behavioral intervention (you can stay on your medications)
- Three overnight in-hospital stays before and after intervention
- Sleep and blood pressure recordings during the stay
- 2 blood draws during each overnight in-hospital stay
What do you get?
- Payment of up to $1,050 for study participation
