April McMillan is an experienced Executive Assistant with over a decade of success supporting C-Suite Executives across the healthcare and nonprofit sectors. She currently works as the Executive Assistant in the Research Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), where she provides high-level administrative support, project coordination, and operational oversight.  April works closely with the research teams to ensure that operations run smoothly in support of quality care and meaningful outcomes.
