New Publication on Parkinson's and Incident Dementia in the Framingham Heart Study

Joshi Dookhy et al. published new data in Annals of Clinical and Translational Neurology on the incident dementia in participants with Parkinson's disease (PD) in the Framingham Heart Study, the longest-running NIH-funded epidemiologic cohort study in the US, spanning 3 generations and 15,000 individuals. Estimates of incident dementia are in line with recent meta-analytic summaries on the the annual incidence of dementia in PD.
