Frixo Messina Checo, MD, obtained his medical degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in the Dominican Republic in 2026. He is currently a research fellow within the Dr. Marc Schermerhorn Research Group at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. His work focuses on outcomes research in vascular surgery, with an emphasis on aortic and carotid disease.
