Olivier van Tongeren, MD, obtained his medical degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam (Netherlands) in 2026. He is currently a PhD candidate in vascular surgery at Erasmus University Medical Center and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow within the Dr. Marc Schermerhorn Research Group. His research focuses on outcomes after endovascular treatment of aortic disease, with particular interests in aortic aneurysms and the application of artificial intelligence and advanced imaging.
