We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Arpita Kulkarni to BIDMC as Co-Director of the Functional Genomics and Bioinformatics Core. With deep expertise in single-cell biology, genomic technologies, and translational science, Arpita brings a strong track record of bridging cutting-edge omics platforms with real-world applications.

Part of BIDMC’s Omics Cores, this core offers end-to-end support for single-cell and bulk transcriptomics, epigenomics, multiomics, and NGS, including experimental design, library prep, sequencing coordination, and custom bioinformatics analysis.

Whether you're mapping cell states, validating gene signatures, or generating publication-ready figures, the core can help take your project from concept to discovery.
