Who can use OMERO at HMS?
HMS OMERO is being offered to all on-quad researchers at Harvard Medical School engaged in pre-clinical research involving digital microscopy data. Collaborators with on-quad research projects and off-quad users may use OMERO on a case by case basis.
How much does using OMERO cost?
Currently OMERO is offered at no cost, just the same as standard storage. With billing for storage beginning in January 2017, the expectation is that OMERO storage will also be subject to billing like other research storage. The exact mechanism and pricing for this is currently being worked out...
