This ImageJ/Fiji plugin allows you to directly access images stored in OMERO from ImageJ/Fiji. It also allows you to save processed images, results, and ROIs back to OMERO. Instructions for installing and using the plugins can be found on the OME ImageJ Help page.

This is a utility for stiching large images and creating pyramids as a pre-processing step prior to importing images into OMERO.
