In the education realm, Sidhu serves as Program Director for the Cardiothoracic Residency Program at BIDMC, and he is an Assistant Program Director for the General Surgery Residency. He has won multiple teaching awards during his time as a surgical trainee and also as a faculty member, and he spent a year as a Rabkin Fellow in Medical Education.
Sidhu and his wife, Jenn, have raised their four children in Brookline, MA. His community service also includes membership on the boards of the Brookline Soccer Club as well as the Brookline Center for Community Mental Health.
