I.D. Lab PI receives Early Career Innovations Award

The Skin of Color Society Early Career Innovations Award provides startup funding for young visionaries and innovators who have innovative projects addressing needs and opportunities within the dermatology ecosystem that advance understanding, diagnosis, or treatment of dermatologic conditions in the field of skin of color. For 2025, I.D. Lab PI William Lewis was the recipient of the $35,000 award for the project entitled "Improving Erythema Visualization in Digital Images of Pigmented Skin." We are honored and excited to have the support of the Skin of Color Society, Dr. Dhaval Bhanusali, and EltaMD!
