This data is from one female Swiss-Webster mouse injected intraperitonially with glucose at 2 g/kg for a glucose tolerance test (GTT). The mouse was held in the Promethion over the course of several hours at 23C. Glucose level was continuously monitored and reading was recorded every minute.
