Dr. Sepideh Hariri holds a Ph.D. in Physics with a specialization in Biophysics and Medical Imaging from the University of Waterloo, Canada (2013). She also earned a B.Sc. in Physics from Amirkabir University of Technology and an M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from the Iran University of Science and Technology.  With a strong foundation in both science and education, she has been actively engaged in research and education since completing her doctorate. Driven by a lifelong passion for exploring the deeper dimensions of human experience and supporting others in achieving well-being, she currently serves as Program Manager at the Sadhguru Center for a Conscious Planet at Harvard Medical School. Integrating scientific rigor with contemplative science, Sepideh’s current research explores the impact and underlying mechanisms of meditation-based interventions on mental health, brain function, cognitive performance, optimal aging and overall wellbeing.
