Post-doctoral Fellow
Maria Velasquez Hammerle is a Medical Doctor from Colombia working as a Post-Doc Research Fellow at the MTII - Nazarian Lab. Her main academic interests include sports medicine, specifically patellofemoral and rotator cuff injuries, and diagnostic assessment through biomechanical and dynamic imaging testing. Her current goals include becoming an Orthopaedic Surgeon and continuing her research participation as a physician-scientist. Outside of medicine, she enjoys running, playing the piano, watching sports games, movies, and outdoor activities with friends and family.
