Pooja Chainani

Pooja is a PhD candidate in Mechanical Engineering at Boston University with Dr. Ara Nazarian. She graduated from Boston University (BU) in 2021 with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Mechanical Engineering. Her thesis is focused on the early stages of multiscale fatigue-induced tendon overuse injuries. Outside of the lab, Pooja is involved in mentoring and professional development in the BU Graduate Women in Science and Engineering group.
