Max is a master's student in "Human Factors Engineering" at the Technical University of Munich. In Bowers Lab, he is writing his master's thesis and investigating the extent to which the utilization of visual cues is dependent on the mental model of the driving situation as well as one's own visual ability when driving with visual field loss. Max has a background in Human-Computer Interaction with a focus on information design and is interested in cognitive psychology as it relates to the design of technologies.
